SHIPPING - Swahili Coast uses USPS for United States domestic shipping. In stock items ship within two business days of receiving your order.

Free Shipping - We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100. We are also running social media promotions involving free shipping throughout the year, so be sure to check our social media pages to stay up to date on free shipping deals offered.

For purchases that do not qualify for free shipping, we charge a flat rate $5 for our shoe bags, and $10 for a single pair of sandals. Any order of 2 or more sandals will qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS - We offer a full return for anyone that is not satisfied with their order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we gladly accept unused and undamaged merchandise returned to us within 30 days for a full refund.  Email us at info@swahili-coast.com and we will arrange your return.

You will receive an email notification from Swahili Coast when we receive and process your return. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
